Brief History
North Bullitt High School was built in 1976 and shortly thereafter the North Bullitt Eagle Battalion was activated in 1984. The Eagle Battalion was established by the first Senior Army Instructor, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Barry Lambert and the first Army Instructor Master Sergeant (Retired) Richard Mitchell. With Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Lambert retiring in the summer of 2001, Major (Retired) Kevin Clark became the second Senior Army Instructor in February 2002. Due to a serious illness, Master Sergeant Mitchell medically retired November 2002 and First Sergeant (Retired) Mark Firestone became the second Army Instructor in April 2003.
